By accessing or using Vocaero (the "Service"), operated by Zircon Apps LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account.

3. Service Description

The Service allows you to generate original, royalty‑free music tracks from text prompts and predefined style settings.

4. Payments

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which handles billing, taxes and refunds on our behalf. Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise.

5. License & Ownership

• You retain all rights to your prompts and the AI‑generated music outputs.
• You grant us a limited license to process the content solely to provide the Service.
• The Service, its code and trademarks are owned by Zircon Apps LLC.

6. Content Restrictions

You may not use the Service to create music that infringes third‑party copyrights, promotes hate or violence, or violates any applicable law. We reserve the right to remove infringing or harmful content.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your plan anytime in your dashboard. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zircon Apps LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zircon Apps LLC against any claims arising from your prompts or misuse of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in Dover courts.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
