This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which Zircon Apps LLC ("Company") will grant refunds for purchases made through Vocaero.

2. 14‑Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have generated fewer than 3 tracks or 15 minutes of audio.

3. Subscription Renewals

Renewal charges are refundable within 7 days if you haven't generated more than 5 minutes during the current cycle.

4. How to Request

Email [email protected] with your order number and account email. Eligible refunds will be processed via Paddle within 5‑10 business days.

5. Non‑Refundable Items

• Credits purchased more than 30 days ago.
• Usage exceeding the limits in sections 2 or 3.
• Promotional or gifted credits.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified via email or in‑app.
